A Structured Process for Lasting Impact
Paideia’s workshop is designed around four strategic stages:
Exploration
Teachers and school leaders deepen their understanding of the policy, philosophy, and framework of Deep Learning, including inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, reflective learning, and assessment as learning.
Design
Participants plan mindful–meaningful–joyful learning activities and explore various technology tools that suit their school context.
Implementation
Teachers are guided to apply deep learning strategies through coaching, collaborative lesson reflection, and constructive feedback. Schools can also adopt the Guru Kreator LMS to support this process sustainably.
Evaluation
Schools are guided to build a culture of ongoing reflection, document best practices, and share learnings with the wider education community for broader impact.
