Early Childhood Educator is responsible for nurturing young children through an engaging, interactive, and developmentally appropriate learning approach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the YPJ Teaching and Learning Framework using the latest educational methods.
• Develop and execute the IB curriculum tailored to early childhood education.
• Conduct holistic assessments to monitor and support children’s growth.
• Create a positive learning environment, fostering students’ social-emotional well-being and helping them reach their full potential.

✍️ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage technology-based learning and digital documentation.
• Understanding of both the IB Curriculum and the National Curriculum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a school environment.
