Responsible for managing academic administration to ensure the smooth operation of educational activities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage academic administration, including class schedules, curriculum documents, and academic reports.
- Develop and document lesson planning and curriculum evaluation using the school management system.
- Coordinate communication between teachers, students, and parents regarding academic matters.
- Support school activities and manage academic events to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs.
✍️ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in academic/school administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other educational administration systems.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and possesses strong communication skills.
- Understanding of national and international education systems and curricula is a plus.
