Gemini Certified Educator is an official credential from Google for Education, focused on mastering and integrating Google’s generative AI tool, Gemini, into educational environments.
Your Roadmap to Becoming a Gemini Certified Educator

Registration (Required to Obtain an ID Number)
If you haven’t received an ID number yet, complete your registration immediately.

Gemini Academy Module (Self-Paced Learning)
Deepen your knowledge with the self-paced learning material we provide.

Gemini Certified Educator Assessment
Test and validate your competencies by taking the official Google certification exam.

Assessment Result Submission
After passing the exam, submit your results and upload proof of certification.

Knowledge Sharing / Dissemination (Chance to Win Exciting Prizes!)
You can share your knowledge in two ways:
- Conduct independent training sessions (synchronous or asynchronous), or
- Send broadcast messages to colleagues, encouraging them to complete the self-paced learning and take the certification exam.
Important Notes
If you’re participating in dissemination activities led by lecturers or colleagues, you can find the Disseminator Lecturer ID in the Main Dashboard tab (under the Participant ID column) here:
DON’T FORGET! Remind the colleagues you invite to take the exam to include your ID when completing the exam report form—this ensures you’re eligible to win exciting prizes!
