For Paideia, the true heart of education is relationship, thus, people come first before any plans, projects or programs. The right question then is, Who is Paideia? We are a team of passionate and resourceful individuals, who is wholeheartedly working towards living out a holistic education in Indonesia, through nurturing and partnering with other stakeholders strategically. We believe this is the most effective way of developing problem solvers and team players, so critically needed to live ready for this 21st century. We look forward to partnering with you, so that together, we can equip and empower the people of Indonesia towards GENERASI EMAS 2045!
With fervent determination, credible capability, and proven experience of over 30 years, our passion is to work with our partners in identifying existing needs, designing compatible strategies, and finding the right solutions. Confidently and compassionately, we bring a unique perspective from the discipline of education while leveraging cutting-edge technology as we nurture people holistically towards a sustainable society.
We offer three different services:

- Paideia Technology (Learning Management System (LMS) Design & Build, Mobile Application Design & Build, Website and Platform Design & Build)

As a partner in educational solutions, Paideia aspires to collaborate with other stakeholders in various institutions or organizations, who are also committed to growing their people. We commit to a clear trajectory in the growth journey of the people involved, while supporting it with intentional short, medium, and/or long term goals, within the unique context of the institution or organization. We do care for people, and the processes involved, within each of their unique places.
With the aid of available technology, we would gladly partner with those who share our vision for Indonesia regardless of their location. In fact, we believe that partnering with those from various locations will only enhance our strategic steps towards realizing Generasi Emas 2045!
We have a non-paid internship program that focuses on professional work exposure & personal growth for university students as well as professional workers who share our passion and vision. We believe this is one strategic step with concrete actions in partnering towards developing our youth to embody the essence of becoming problems solvers and team players. Hence, multiple internship program intakes are available throughout the year.

As part of our consultancy process, we will have an initial consultation where we will sit down with you to understand your unique needs. One or more members of the Paideia team will discuss with you at this stage and it is entirely free!
